How the Water Wall System Works

The system operates using a circulating waterfall filtration system combined with powerful suction motors. Water is continuously pumped from the lower reservoir to the top of the booth, creating a flowing wall of water that cascades back into the collection tray.

When the system is operating, strong horizontal airflow pulls airborne dust particles away from the work area and directly into the water wall. The flowing water captures the dust and carries it into the catch basin below, where it settles as sludge for easy removal.

This process helps significantly reduce airborne dust while improving visibility and workplace safety.

Simple Operation

Operating the Water Suction Wall is simple. Turn the system on and work directly in front of the booth while grinding, shaping, polishing, or finishing stone. The horizontal airflow continuously pulls dust away from the operator and into the water wall, helping reduce inhalation of harmful airborne particles.
