SHIPPING POLICY

Enjoy Free UPS Ground Shipping on Qualifying Orders over $250 and under 50 lbs!

For eligible products, Detroit Diamond Tools offers complimentary UPS Ground Shipping on orders exceeding $250 and weighing under 50 lbs. Please note that this offer is valid for UPS Ground or standard Best Way shipping methods as determined by Detroit Diamond Tools. Free Ground Freight applies to all states except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and excludes dealers.

Please be aware of the following terms:

Expedited and truck orders, as well as hazmat and COD fees, are not eligible for free freight.

Drop-shipped orders are excluded from free freight benefits.

Orders containing special orders or non-stock products do not qualify for free freight.

All orders under $250 will incur freight charges.

Freight charges apply to all orders over 50 lbs.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products covered in an order are shipped “FOB origin,” with title transferring to the buyer upon departure from the shipping point, irrespective of the risk of loss. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect packages before signing for the shipment, and any claims for damage should be reported to the shipping company upon receipt. Transportation charges for goods delivered FOB origin must be paid per the customer terms noted on the invoice.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as adhesives, liquids, cleaners & sealers cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt (order #) or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer either. Contact us first!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• ⊗Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase
• ⊗ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must use the return label provided to you in email from the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and a 15% restock fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a 15% restock fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in excellent condition, so please be sure to package and return it the same way it was sent. If an item comes back damaged, we have the right to deny fulfilling the return/refund/exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3-5 Days)

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to begin the process.
