Engineered to streamline heavy-tonnage block and barrier handling across highway construction sites, precast yards, and stone fabrication facilities, the Abaco Barrier Lifter is an industrial-grade mechanical clamping system built for maximum holding power and jobsite safety. Capable of safely lifting and transporting concrete barriers, precast masonry blocks, granite boulders, and sandstone blocks weighing up to 6,600 lbs (3,000 kg), this clamp features an automatic gravity-controlled gripping mechanism that tightens securely around the load as it is hoisted—eliminating the need for complex chains or underneath slings. Equipped with a wide grip range from 11-13/16″ to 27-9/16″ (300 mm to 700 mm) and lined with high-friction rubber gripping pads, the Abaco Barrier Lifter delivers OSHA-compliant overhead clamping security while protecting dense structural materials from edge chipping and surface scarring.
