High-Speed Stone and Quartz Grinding for Precise Sink Cutouts

Engineered for fast, efficient material removal, the 3″ Rapid Z™-CUT is a stacked-blade Z Wheel specifically designed for use with the Sink BULL™ to shape sink cutouts in stone and quartz surfaces. Its integrated top bearing and ring system is designed to follow a template while helping compensate for blade wear, providing consistent cutting performance throughout the life of the wheel. The Rapid Z™-CUT quickly grinds away stone or quartz while leaving only a small amount of material for final cleanup with a drum wheel. The rearrangeable blade configuration helps reduce “apple coring,” while the individual blades can be easily replaced when needed to extend the tool’s service life and maintain performance.

Compatible with 5/8-11 arbor threads with an M14 version available, the wheel supports center water feed applications, although the Sink BULL™ itself does not utilize center water feed. With a maximum operating speed of 12,000 RPM and compatibility with 12 replacement blades, the Rapid Z™-CUT provides an efficient solution for professional sink fabrication and stoneworking applications.
